Starkville, MS (September 19, 2021) – At 11:56 a.m. on the morning of Sunday, September 19, a car crash occurred at an intersection in Starkville.
According to the Starkville Police Department, the accident happened at the intersection of Locksley Way and Lincoln Green. Two or more vehicles were traveling in the area when they collided with each other at the intersection. The vehicles involved in the accident were badly damaged and had to be towed from the scene.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were called to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims were injured in the accident. The injured victims were taken to local hospitals for treatment of their injuries.
The intersection was blocked in the area for an extended period of time as police worked to clear the scene.
