Starkville, MS (November 17, 2021) – At 1:05 p.m. on the afternoon of Monday, November 15, a multi-vehicle collision occurred on a roadway in Starkville.
According to Starkville Police, the accident happened on East Lee Boulevard. Multiple vehicles were traveling in the area when they collided due to reasons that are not yet known. The vehicles were badly damaged as a result of the accident. The vehicles had to be removed from the scene by tow trucks.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were called to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims were injured as a result of the accident. The injured parties were hospitalized, though their conditions are not yet known.
The roadway was blocked in the area for an extended period of time as police worked to clear the scene of the accident.
