Hattiesburg, MS (November 15, 2021) – On Monday, November 15, a car crash with injuries occurred at an intersection in Hattiesburg.
According to police, the accident happened at the intersection of North 19th Avenue and Hardy Street. Two or more vehicles were traveling in the area when they entered the intersection at the same time, forcefully colliding with each other. The vehicles involved in the accident were badly damaged and had to be towed from the scene.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were dispatched to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims were injured as a result of the accident. The parties were hospitalized, though their conditions are not yet known.
The roadway was blocked in the area of the intersection for an extended period of time. Police quickly worked to clear the scene.
