Brandon, MS (November 15, 2021) – On Monday, November 15, a car crash with injuries occurred at an intersection in Brandon.
According to Rankin County officials, the accident happened at the intersection of MS-43 and Harbor Lane. Two or more vehicles were traveling in the area when they entered the intersection at the same time, forcefully colliding with each other. The vehicles involved in the accident were badly damaged as a result.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were dispatched to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims were injured as a result of the accident. The injured victims were hospitalized, though their conditions are not yet known.
Due to the severity of the accident, the roadway was blocked in all northbound lanes for a period of time.
The investigation into the circumstances of the accident continues.
