Starkville, MS (November 26, 2021) – At 7:44 p.m. on the evening of Thursday, November 25, a two-vehicle collision occurred at an intersection in Starkville.
According to Starkville Police, the accident took place at the intersection of MS-12 and Blackjack Road. A sedan and a Jeep were traveling in the area when they entered the intersection at the same time. As a result, they forcefully collided in a T-Bone accident. The vehicles sustained severe damages as a result.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were dispatched to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims were injured as a result of the collision. The injured victims were hospitalized, though their conditions are not yet known.
Due to the severity of the accident, the roadway was blocked at the intersection for a period of time. Police quickly worked to clear the scene.
