Walls, MS (January 15, 2022) – One or more victims sustained injuries as a result of a car crash that took place at an intersection in Wells on Saturday afternoon, January 15.
According to the Walls Police Department, the accident happened at the intersection of MS-301 and MS-302. Two or more vehicles were traveling in the area when they suddenly collided with each other after entering the intersection. The vehicles involved in the accident were badly damaged and had to be towed from the scene.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other local responders were immediately dispatched to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims were injured as a result of the collision. The injured parties were taken to local hospitals for treatment of unknown injuries.
The intersection was blocked in several lanes for a period of time as police worked to clear the scene.
No further details have been released but the investigation into the accident continues.
