Olive Branch, MS (January 19, 2022) – Injuries reportedly took place in a car crash that took place at an intersection in Olive Branch on Wednesday, January 19.
Mississippi officials confirmed that the accident occurred at the intersection of MS-302 and Craft Road. Several vehicles were traveling in the area when they entered the intersection at the same time, forcefully colliding with each other. This led to extensive damages to the involved vehicles, which had to be towed from the scene.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were dispatched to the scene to help those with injuries. One or more victims were seriously injured as a result of the accident. The injured parties were taken to local hospitals for treatment of their injuries. Their identities and conditions are not yet known.
Due to the severity of the accident, the intersection was blocked in the area for an extended period of time.
No further details have been released. The investigation into the circumstances of the collision continues.
