Starkville, MS (June 1, 2022) – Emergency responders were sent to the scene of a car crash in Starkville on the afternoon of May 26. At approximately 2:51 p.m., the wreck was reported to authorities in the area.
Sources say the accident occurred on Highway 12 near the Avenue of Patriots. At least one person was injured in the wreck, however, the extent of their injuries has not been reported.
Those who were seriously hurt were transported to a local hospital for treatment as necessary. Authorities in Starkville continue to investigate the details of the wreck.
