Magee, MS (June 13, 2022) – A major car wreck happened in Magee on Monday afternoon, June 13. At approximately 12:23 p.m., responders were sent to the scene to help those involved.
Reports indicate that the collision occurred at the junction of MS-28 near Antioch Road. Responding medical personnel treated injured parties at the scene. Those in need of further care were taken to area hospitals by ambulance.
Traffic was backed up in the area for some time while police and paramedics worked to secure the scene. Local motorists were urged by police to find different routes of travel.
