McComb, MS (July 02, 2022) – Troopers from the Mississippi Highway Patrol were dispatched to the scene of a fatal crash involving a pedestrian on US-98 on Thursday, June 30th in Pike County. involving a pedestrian.
According to sources, at about 10:45 p.m., a 2019 Toyota Sienna driven by 33-year-old Julian Nunez, a resident of Tylertown, was heading eastbound on US-98 when it struck 24-year-old Kaleb Corbin, a resident of McComb.
Corbin sustained fatal injuries during the impact and died at the scene.
This incident is under investigation by the Mississippi Highway Patrol.
