Oxford, MS (July 28, 2022) – An injury wreck happened in Oxford on the afternoon of July 28. At approximately 3:00 p.m., police and EMTs were sent to the scene of a crash on Molly Barr Road.
Reports show that the incident occurred in the 700 block of Molly Barr Road near the Oxford Police Department. An unknown number of cars were involved in a crash in the area that resulted in injuries.
At least one person was treated on-site by paramedics. At this time, the total number of injured victims has not been reported to the public.
Traffic was delayed in the area for some time while crews worked at the scene. Drivers commuting near the Oxford Police Department were asked to use different travel routes.
Police in Oxford are currently investigating the details of the incident. Nothing further is available to report.
