Oxford, MS (August 11, 2022) – An auto accident occurred in Oxford on Wednesday, August 10 that ended in injuries. At approximately 1:45 p.m., responders were sent to the scene to help the involved parties.
The incident took place on Jackson Avenue West near Wendy’s between an unspecified number of vehicles. Paramedics, police, and other responders were sent to the scene to help those involved.
At least one person required emergency medical care due to the accident. The severity of the injuries that resulted from the accident has not been reported.
Traffic was delayed in the area for some time while responders worked to secure the scene. Police officials in Oxford continue to investigate the details of the crash.
