Oxford, MS (August 21, 2022) – On the evening of August 21, at approximately 6:30 p.m., responders were sent to the scene of a crash in Oxford.
According to information from official reports, the crash occurred on Esplanade Ridge near Anderson Road. What caused the incident to occur has not been reported at this time.
One or more people were hurt in the collision. Emergency personnel including police, EMTs, and fire crews were seen at the crash site helping involved parties.
The total number of injured victims who required transportation to the hospital has not been reported. Responders worked in the area for an extended period of time on the evening of August 21.
This caused significant delays in the area, and local drivers were asked to use alternative travel routes. Few other details are currently available to report. We hope for the full recovery of those with injuries.
