Rankin Co, MS (August 30, 2022) – At least one person was hurt in a car accident reported in Rankin County, Mississippi. The wreck happened at around 11:16 a.m. on August 29.
According to information from local officials, the collision took place on MS 471 near Hilcrest Drive. At least one person sustained injuries in the collision.
Emergency crews including paramedics and police were observed assisting those with injuries at the scene. Currently, the identities of the involved parties have not been released.
Authorities in Rankin County continue to investigate the details of the incident. Traffic was blocked in both directions while responders worked in the area.
