Copiah County, MS (September 7, 2022) – A car wreck caused injuries in Copiah County on the afternoon of September 2. At approximately 1:18 p.m., the incident was reported to authorities in the area.
Reports from local officials reveal that the accident happened on Interstate 55 near MS 27. Two or more vehicles crashed in the area resulting in injuries to people involved.
One or more injured parties required emergency medical care at the crash site. The total number of victims who were taken to the hospital was not reported.
