Hinds County, MS (September 9, 2022) – A car accident happened in Hinds County on the morning of September 8. Just before 1:00 a.m., responders were dispatched to the scene to render aid to the involved parties.
Upon their arrival at the crash site, located on Interstate 55 near McDowell Road, police and paramedics found at least one person who had been injured in the crash. Emergency crews rendered aid to those involved while police investigated the details of the incident.
Delays in traffic ensued in the area while emergency personnel worked to secure the roadway and restore regular traffic. At this time, what caused the collision is still under investigation by police in Hinds County.
