Jackson, MS (October 11, 2022) – A car crash was reported on the morning of October 11 in Jackson. At approximately 8:30 a.m., emergency crews were dispatched to the scene of an auto accident on Interstate 20.
The incident occurred on Interstate 20 near Gallatin Street. Multiple vehicles were involved in a crash that ended in injuries for at least one person.
Numerous responders were seen in the area, including paramedics, police, and firefighters. The center lane of the interstate was blocked for some time while crews worked to secure the area.
The names of the involved parties were not immediately reported. One or more victims were transported from the crash site to a local hospital for treatment.
