Mendenhall, MS (October 22, 2022) – A serious car crash was reported in Mendenhall on October 20. At approximately 7:26 a.m., the incident occurred on US 49.
Police, paramedics, and fire crews were sent to the wreck site to render aid to the involved parties at the crash scene. Reports show that the incident occurred on US 49 near Braxton in northern Simpson county.
What caused the incident to happen is still being investigated by local police. An unknown number of cars crashed on US 49 and injured the people involved.
Ambulances transported one or more injured victims to local hospitals for treatment. The identities of the injured parties have yet to be released.
