Jackson, MS (March 5, 2023) – At least one person suffered injuries in a car accident that occurred in Jackson. The wreck was reported to authorities in the area at approximately 9:15 p.m. on March 5.
Sources report the incident took place on Interstate 55 just past McDowell Road/exit 92 in Hinds County. All southbound lanes of the interstate were blocked while crews worked at the crash scene.
