Marion, MS (March 15, 2023) – On Tuesday, March 13, a serious car accident happened in Marion and apparently ended in victim injuries.
Multiple responders were sent to the crash scene to render aid and investigate at around 11:45 a.m.
According to reports from officials, the accident occurred on Interstate 20 westbound before the exit to 49th Avenue. At least two vehicles crashed in the area and caused injuries to the involved parties.
Paramedics treated the wounded parties at the crash scene and transported those in need of further care to local hospitals. The conditions and names of the involved parties have not been reported at this time.
