Hancock County, MS (April 21, 2023) – On the afternoon of April 21, at around 3:30 p.m., emergency crews were sent to the scene of a crash in Hancock County.
Local sources say the accident happened on I-10 near MS 607. An unspecified number of cars collided in the area and caused those involved to sustain injuries.
At this time, the eastbound lanes of traffic were delayed due to the presence of emergency responders in the area. Those with extensive injuries were taken by ambulance to local hospitals to be treated for the injuries they sustained in the accident.
The names of those involved have not been reported at this time.
