Warren County, MS (July 22, 2023) – Shortly before 9:15 a.m., emergency responders were dispatched to the scene of a collision in Warren County. The incident happened for reasons that are currently unknown but are being investigated by local police.
Police responded to the scene along with EMTs and fire crews. They were seen helping injured victims on Interstate 20 near Ceres Boulevard.
At least one person was in need of extensive medical care. Injured parties who were severely injured were transported to the hospital for treatment. Their identities were not immediately reported.
Road blockages were issued in the area of the crash, causing local drivers to seek alternate routes. Police in Warren County are still investigating the circumstances of the accident.
