Yazoo County, MS (September 24, 2023) – A man identified as 68-year-old Gary Boutwell of Satartia lost his life in a fatal traffic collision involving a semi-truck. The incident occurred on Wednesday, September 20.
Reports show the wreck happened on Highway 3 near Highway 433 when Boutwell was involved in a t-bone crash with an 18-wheeler at around 8:00 a.m.
At this time, the Mississippi Highway Patrol is investigating the details of the accident. Police say Boutwell was pronounced deceased at the scene.
