Hinds County, MS (November 27, 2023) – On Tuesday, November 21, emergency responders went to the scene of a collision that happened in Hinds County. Reports show the incident occurred at around 10:50 a.m. Police and EMTs were seen rendering aid on Interstate 20 near State Street. What caused the incident to occur remains under police investigation at this time. All lanes of the interstate were blocked while crews worked in the area. At least one individual was transported to the hospital for treatment. Authorities in Hinds County are still investigating.
