McHenry, MS (December 17, 2023) – One individual lost their life after a multi-vehicle collision on Saturday, December 16 in McHenry. Responders went to the scene on Highway 49 near McDaniel’s General Merchandise to help the individuals involved in the crash. A woman identified as 60-year-old Felicia Martin lost her life in the crash. Three other people were involved in the three-vehicle collision. They were transported to a local hospital by ambulance in order to be treated for their injuries. The northbound lanes of Highway 49 were closed for approximately 90 minutes while traffic was redirected onto North McHenry Avenue.
