Hinds Co., MS (December 25, 2023) – A motor vehicle collision occurred on Sunday evening in Hinds County that resulted in injuries. The crash was reported to law enforcement at around 7:00 p.m. on December 24.
Reports provided by the Michigan Department of Transportation indicate that all of the lanes of travel were blocked on Mississippi 18 in the area near Learned Road. The incident prompted authorities to secure the area as they worked to remove the involved vehicles. Medics were notified that their assistance was needed on-site. Injured parties were provided care briefly on-site before being transported by ambulance to local medical facilities. The crash is currently being investigated.
