Alcorn County, MS (September 6, 2022) – An emergency dispatch was issued to the scene of a major car crash reported in Alcorn County. The incident was said to have taken place at around 4:19 p.m. on the afternoon of September 6.
An unspecified number of vehicles collided on US-45 near CR-512. What led to the crash remains unknown at this point in time.
At least one person suffered injuries in the collision. Paramedics were seen helping injured parties at the crash scene.
Currently, what led to the collision has not been reported. At least one person required emergency transportation to a local hospital for treatment.
