Biloxi, MS – Kathleen Mangin, 66, Killed in Fatal Crash on MS 609

Biloxi, MS (March 12, 2023) – A 66–year-old woman identified as Kathleen Mangin lost her life in a two-car crash on a roadway in Jackson County. 

Kathleen Mangin was pronounced deceased following the accident. Officials report the 2012 Buick Lucerne she was operating crashed into a 2009 Dodge Ram. 

The Mississippi Highway  Patrol reports the Dodge Ram was headed north on MS 609 when it collided with Mangin’s Buick at approximately 8:15 p.m. Friday. 

Mangin suffered fatal injuries in the collision, reports said. 

Police in Biloxi continue to investigate the details of the accident.
