Biloxi, MS (August 7, 2022) – Just before 9:30 p.m. on the evening of Friday, August 5, a car accident causing injuries occurred in Biloxi.
Two to three persons were injured in the incident, which closed southbound lanes of Interstate 110 at Bayview Avenue in Harrison County, according to Biloxi authorities.
Two automobiles were passing through the area when they collided in what seemed to be a rear-end or chain-reaction collision.
One or more individuals were wounded in the collision, but their situations are unknown at this time.
Police moved swiftly to clear the area but asked motorists to use other routes while they gathered evidence at the incident sites.
No other information has been disclosed, but the inquiry continues.
