Byhalia, MS (October 16, 2023) – A man lost his life in a fatal traffic collision involving three vehicles in Byhalia, Marshall County. The crash occurred at around 1:45 p.m. on Saturday, October 14.
Police say the collision took place on Highway 309 near Deer Creek Road. Hunter T. Morris, 20, was headed south on the highway when his vehicle was involved in a crash with a Chevrolet Traverse headed west on Deer Creek Road.
The impact pushed the Chevrolet into a Hyundai Veracruz that was also traveling on Highway 309. No other injuries were reported in the collision.
Authorities in Marshall County continue to investigate.
