Coahoma, MS (February 28, 2024) – An individual lost their life and another was hurt in an accident that occurred in Coahoma.
Fire departments went to the scene of the incident on Highway 6 near the Quitman and Coahoma County line after receiving reports concerning a collision between an RV and a red pickup truck. Multiple people suffered injuries in the accident, however, their identities have not been reported at this time. Those involved had to be extricated from their vehicles and transported to the hospital for treatment. One individual was pronounced deceased on-site and another was airlifted to an area trauma center.
