Columbus, MS (November 16, 2022) – Authorities in Columbus are currently investigating a fatal accident that happened on Monday. The incident took the life of one person, identified as Catherine Rigdon, 59.
Rigdon was headed north on Highway 45 when she was involved in a collision with another vehicle. Police are working to determine what caused the incident to occur.
First responders worked at the scene for an extended period of time on November 14. Few details are currently available concerning the accident and its circumstances.
