DeSoto County, MS (November 30, 2023) – A car crash was reported to police in DeSoto County on the evening of November 30. Shortly before 6:00 p.m., emergency responders went to the crash site on Getwell Road. Police say the accident happened approximately .4 miles from MS302. At least one person was hurt in the wreck, and treated by paramedics at the scene. Injured parties were then taken to the hospital for treatment, however, their identities and current health conditions have not been reported. All lanes of the roadway were blocked while first responders worked in the area. Police in DeSoto County continue to investigate.
