Flora, MS (August 3, 2022) – A car crashed on a roadway in Flora on the morning of Monday, August 1, and ended in the death of two young people. The fatal wreck happened at approximately 4:00 a.m.
Responders were dispatched to the scene of the incident on Gus Green Road. Upon their arrival, they found a vehicle that had left the roadway and struck a tree.
Both people inside the vehicle suffered fatal injuries and were pronounced deceased on-site. The deceased individuals were identified as two boys, ages 15 and 17. Both were students at Germantown High School.
Currently, authorities in Flora continue to investigate the details of the accident.
