Hazlehurst, MS (July 25, 2022) – A car accident happened in Hazlehurst that required an emergency dispatch. At approximately 3:48 p.m. on July 25, responders were sent to the crash site on MS-28.
Sources say the accident occurred on MS-28 near Mercy Street Road. Numerous responders were observed assisting at the scene.
Currently, the total number of victims who sustained injuries has not been reported.
Traffic was backed up in the vicinity of the crash site for some time.
