Horn Lake, MS (January 13, 2022) – On Thursday afternoon, January 13, an injury crash occurred at an intersection in Horn Lake.
According to local officials, the accident happened at the intersection of Nail Road and Hurt Road. Two or more vehicles were traveling in the area when they suddenly entered the intersection at the same time, forcefully colliding with one another. The involved vehicles were extensively damaged due to the accident.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were dispatched to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims sustained injuries as a result of the accident. The injured parties were taken to local hospitals for treatment of their injuries. Their conditions are not currently known.
Due to the severity of the collision, a large portion of the roadway was blocked at the intersection for some time. Police quickly worked to clear the scene so traffic could resume as normal.
The investigation into the circumstances of the accident continues.
