Jackson, MS (October 14, 2022) – On the morning of October 13, a multi-vehicle crash happened in Jackson that ended in injuries and traffic delays. Shortly after 8:00 a.m., emergency crews were dispatched to the scene of a car crash on Siwell Road.
Sources report that the incident took place on Siwell Road near Timberlawn Elementary School. At least two vehicles crashed in the area and caused injuries.
Emergency medical crews rendered aid at the wreck site while police investigated the details of the collision. At least one person was transported by ambulance to a local hospital for treatment.
Traffic delays were seen in the area while emergency personnel worked to secure the wreck site. Police diverted local traffic away from the crash scene while first responders were present.
