Jackson, MS (January 17, 2023) – A teenager lost his life in a car accident in Jackson on Sunday, January 15. He was identified as 18-year-old Byron Perry. 

The accident happened on Loring Road when the vehicle rolled over for reasons still under police investigation. The teenager lost his life as a result of the accident. 

The Madison County Sheriff’s Department is currently investigating the details of the incident. Velma was a student at Velma Jackson High School, according to reports.
