Jackson, MS (January 23, 2023) – A traffic accident reported in the Jackson area left three people injured. On January 21, the Mississippi Highway Patrol from Troop M responded to the scene of an accident that occurred on Interstate 55.
At approximately 3:40 p.m., a 2019 Lincoln SUV was traveling north on Interstate 55 when he became involved in the collision. The vehicle then left the roadway and crashed into a tree.
The driver of the vehicle, 44-year-old Katerina Robinson, and her two passengers, 27-year-old Felecia Carney and 45-year-old Audrey Stokes, were all injured. The three victims were transported to Kings Daughter’s Medical Center in Brookhaven, Mississippi, for emergency care.
The incident remains under investigation.
