Jackson, MS (December 3, 2022) – A car wreck was reported to officials in Jackson on the morning of December 1. At around 8:42 a.m., at least one person was hurt in the car crash on Interstate 20.
The crash happened in the eastbound lanes of I-20 near Pearson Road. At least two cars crashed and injured the involved parties.
Emergency responders including police, paramedics, and fire crews were seen working at the accident scene. One or more people were in need of medical attention and transportation to the hospital due to the extent of their injuries.
Traffic delays ensued in the area while crews were present. Authorities continue to investigate the details of the crash.
