Jackson, MS – Major Motor Vehicle Collision on MS 18 near Chadwick Dr

Jackson, MS (February 20, 2023) – A car crash happened in Jackson on the morning of February 20. At approximately 8:36 a.m., emergency personnel was sent to the crash scene to help the involved parties. 

According to information from local reports, the collision occurred on MS 18 near Chadwick Drive in West Jackson. Paramedics, fire crews, and police were seen rendering aid at the scene a short time after the accident occurred. 

Currently, how the collision took place is being investigated by local police. Medics treated injured parties at the scene before transporting them to area hospitals as necessary. 

Crews worked on the road for some time on the morning of February 20, resulting in moderate traffic congestion in the area.
