Mississippi Car Accidents

Mississippi sees more than 100,000 car wrecks per year. These wrecks injure over 54,000 people annually and take the lives of more than 1,000 people every year. Unfortunately, negligent drivers are the most common cause of auto collisions in Mississippi and across the United States. Distracted driving is the main reason car wrecks happen in Mississippi, a dangerous form of driver negligence that takes the lives of more than 11,000 people per year in the country.

Being hurt in a crash is no joke. You’re most likely going to be stuck in the hospital while you undergo brutal surgeries and other extensive medical procedures that can be exhausting and uncomfortable. You may not be able to return to work for a prolonged time period, forcing you to miss out on important paychecks that you need to pay your bills.

A car crash lawyer may be able to help you financially recover after you’re hurt in a crash. If a negligent driver caused your injuries, you can file a personal injury claim for compensation. Don’t let the insurance company bully you into settling for less than you deserve. Sadly, insurance companies are trained to prey on crash victims in the days and weeks after their accidents, when they most likely need money the most. This may make them more prone to accepting a meager settlement.

A personal injury lawyer in Jackson will help you through this trying time in your life and get you the maximum compensation available for your injuries and losses. We will negotiate a full and fair settlement from the insurance company so you don’t have to.

Our job is to make sure you’re able to recover in every way possible after being seriously injured in a car accident. Call Mama Justice at (888) 484-1476 to find out how we can help you.
