Longview, MS (August 25, 2023) – A fatal Longview car wreck ended the life of a student from Tupelo High School. Two other students suffered injuries in the collision, reports read.
Police and paramedics went to the crash scene at around 12:30 a.m. on Friday. It happened on Faulkner Road for reasons still being investigated by area authorities.
Vehicles crashed in the area, causing a fatality and injuries. The roadway was blocked for an extensive period of time while emergency responders worked in the area.
Police urged local drivers to find alternate routes of travel while the road was blocked. They continue to investigate the details of the accident.
