Lowndes County, MS (October 23, 2023) – Police in Lowndes County went to the scene of a serious car crash on Monday afternoon, October 23. Sources say it happened on Highway 45 North.
The wreck took place near P & R Scrap Metal on Highway 45. Paramedics rendered aid at the scene while police investigated the details of the incident.
Emergency responders are working to determine how the accident happened at this time. The roadway was blocked for an extended period while crews worked in the area.
