Madison, MS (July 21, 2022) – One or more individuals suffered injuries in a car wreck in Madison on Thursday, July 21. At approximately 1:13 p.m., the wreck occurred at the intersection of Interstate 55 and Sowell Road.
Emergency responders were promptly sent to the scene to help those involved. Initial reports show that all lanes of the interstate were closed while responders worked in the area.
Injuries were confirmed as a result of the accident, however, the extent of those injuries has not been reported at this time. An ongoing investigation into the details of the incident is being carried out by local police.
