Madison, MS (January 1, 2022) – An automobile accident reported in Madison County on Wednesday evening ended in injuries. At around 6:30 p.m., on December 29, calls for assistance came in surrounding a crash that was blocking Mississippi Route 463.
Crews arrived at the scene and immediately secured the roadway in the area near Robinson Spring Road. Crews worked extensively to clear the westbound lanes at the intersection and to allow thru-traffic.
At least one person was transported to an area hospital where they underwent further medical treatment for their injuries.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
