Natchez, MS (February 17, 2024) – Multiple people were transported to area hospitals with injuries following a motor vehicle accident that occurred in Natchez on Friday, February 16. Police, firefighters, and emergency medical services all responded.
According to crash reports, an automobile accident involving three vehicles took place on Martin Luther King Jr Road. One of the vehicles overturned near the Family Dollar located between Pilgrim Boulevard and George F West Sr Boulevard. The incident prompted the closure of the roadway as emergency crews assisted at the scene. Three people were injured in the accident. Emergency medical services responded to the crash site to care for injured parties before transporting them to local hospitals. At this time, the circumstances surrounding the accident are being investigated.
