Neshoba County, MS (July 19, 2023) – Police in Neshoba County are currently investigating a fatal pedestrian accident that happened on a highway in the early morning hours of July 13.
At approximately 4:28 a.m., emergency responders were dispatched to the scene of the accident on Highway 19. Reports show that 31-year-old Philadelphia resident Sean Tubby was struck by a vehicle on the highway.
Several responders went to render aid at the crash scene, however, Tubby lost his life at the scene. The roadway was closed for an extended period while crews worked in the area.
