Olive Branch, MS (January 11, 2022) – On Tuesday afternoon, January 11, a car crash with injuries took place at an intersection in Olive Branch.
According to local officials, the accident happened at the intersection of MS-178 and Goodman Road. Two or more vehicles were traveling in the area when they entered the intersection at the same time, causing them to collide forcefully with one another. The vehicles involved in the accident were badly damaged as a result.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were called to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims sustained injuries as a result of the collision. The injured parties were hospitalized, though their conditions are not known at this time.
The roadway was blocked in the area of the intersection for a period of time as police worked to clear the scene.
No further details have been released. The investigation into the circumstances of the collision continues.
