Oxford, MS (September 1, 2022) – At around 3:00 p.m. on the afternoon of August 30, a car wreck was reported in Oxford. The incident resulted in injuries and traffic delays, sources said.
Information from local officials shows that the accident happened near Pitner Office Supply in the 1700 block of University Avenue. What led up to the collision remains unknown at the current time.
At least one person was hurt in the collision. Paramedics rendered aid to injured parties before transporting patients needing extensive care to local hospitals.
The circumstances of the wreck are currently under police investigation at this time.
